1. Our commitment
Talent & Co. is committed to digital accessibility and to providing an inclusive experience for candidates, clients, and visitors. We design and build talent-and-co.com to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.
2. Conformance target
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which align with the European harmonised standard EN 301 549 and the principles of the European Accessibility Act.
We continuously review our pages and content. Some areas may not yet fully conform; where that is the case, we are actively working to improve them.
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and proper heading hierarchy.
- Meaningful alternative text for informative images and decorative roles for purely visual elements.
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text against background surfaces.
- Keyboard-navigable interactive elements with visible focus styles.
- Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations.
- Reduced-motion-friendly animations and no auto-playing media.
- Form labels and ARIA attributes on custom components where appropriate.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may have limitations: for example, older blog imagery may have brief alternative text, and some third-party embeds (social media links, external job boards) are governed by the accessibility of those external platforms, which we do not control.
If you encounter content that creates a barrier, please let us know and we will prioritise a fix.
5. Compatibility
The website is designed to be compatible with:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on desktop and mobile.
- Screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android), and NVDA (Windows).
- Operating-system-level zoom and browser zoom up to 200%.

We welcome feedback. If you experience an accessibility barrier on this website, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to propose a remediation plan when applicable.
