Peggy Theodorou is the founder of Talent & Co. and a People & Culture leader with 30+ years of overall business experience, including 20+ years in People, HR, recruitment and leadership roles across technology, fintech, and financial services.
Her background combines senior HR leadership with hands-on experience in core business functions including Digital Banking, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Public Relations, and Business Development — giving her a broader understanding of how organizations operate, grow, and hire.
Over the last decade, she has led and supported the hiring of hundreds of professionals across the technology sector, including Software Engineers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Delivery professionals, and other specialized roles. Her approach combines structured recruitment practices with a practical understanding of the realities and pressures businesses face when scaling teams.
Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented initiatives across recruitment, performance management, career development, employee engagement, and employer branding, contributing to Great Place to Work®-recognized organizations in Greece and Europe.
Peggy also maintains close ties with the technology community, having served for more than seven years as an organizer of the Athens iOS Developers Meetup, supporting knowledge-sharing, networking, and engagement within the local tech ecosystem.
