Talent & Co. is recruiting a Site Supervisor / Construction Project Coordinator on behalf of an established real estate development and investment company active across residential and hospitality projects in the Cyclades. Based in Paros with travel to Antiparos as required, this hands-on role combines regular site presence with office-based coordination. You will monitor construction progress, coordinate contractors and suppliers, track budgets and timelines, review technical drawings and support the effective delivery of the projects.
Degree or relevant background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Works or a related technical field2+ years of experience in construction, site supervision, technical project coordination or a similar rolePrevious project management or construction project coordination experience+8 more
