Career Coaching & Advisory for Graduates and Early-Career Professionals

Your first career decisions, informed by real recruitment insight.

Last updated:

Your first career decisions can feel overwhelming, particularly when you're unsure which opportunities fit your interests, abilities and qualifications. Talent & Co. helps university students, recent graduates and early-career professionals explore realistic career directions, understand employer expectations and prepare to enter the job market with greater clarity.

For students and graduates from every discipline

Our services are available to graduates from all academic disciplines, not only technology, finance or business. You may be approaching graduation, considering your first full-time role, reviewing an initial career choice or looking beyond the most obvious opportunities associated with your degree.

Your degree is part of your starting point, not a complete definition of your career. We consider your interests, abilities, circumstances and the evidence you can already bring to an employer. Based in Athens, Talent & Co. provides guidance to professionals across Greece and remotely.

Explore realistic career directions

We begin by clarifying what you want to understand or decide. Rather than giving you a list of occupations based solely on your subject of study, we explore role responsibilities, transferable skills and the working environments that might suit you.

A practical comparison of options helps you distinguish what is attractive in theory from what is feasible as a next step. Where a direction requires additional experience or learning, we discuss that openly rather than presenting it as immediately accessible.

  • Identify strengths, interests and priorities
  • Explore roles beyond the obvious degree-linked pathways
  • Translate academic learning into relevant transferable skills
  • Compare entry-level opportunities and development prospects

Build evidence before you have extensive experience

Academic projects, internships, volunteering, part-time work and extracurricular responsibilities can offer useful evidence. We help you decide which examples are relevant to your target roles and explain your contribution accurately, without inflating the scope of your experience.

CV and LinkedIn support can help you organise this evidence, create a focused professional introduction and keep your profile consistent across applications. We do not manufacture achievements or represent academic work as employment.

  • Prepare a first professional CV
  • Create an effective LinkedIn headline, introduction and experience sections
  • Describe projects, placements and volunteering truthfully
  • Show responsibilities, collaboration and practical skills with concrete examples

Understand entry-level recruitment

An experienced recruiter and HR leader can explain how employers interpret a first professional profile: whether you understand the role, can support your claims and have chosen relevant examples. That perspective helps you prepare for the selection process rather than simply produce more applications.

  • Read role requirements and distinguish essential from desirable criteria
  • Develop a practical application and networking strategy
  • Prepare for interviews and employer assessment processes
  • Explain motivation and learning potential with relevant evidence
  • Evaluate job offers, role scope and development opportunities

A practical starting point

  1. Discuss your stage, questions and the opportunities you are considering
  2. Review your education, experience, interests and transferable skills
  3. Agree realistic directions and the most useful support
  4. Work on your profile, search or interview preparation as needed
  5. Leave with specific next steps you can assess and act on

The existing Early Career programme brings together relevant support. Services can also be considered individually; this page does not introduce a new package.

Professional advisory, not a placement promise

Advice can support better-informed decisions and preparation, but does not guarantee employment, an internship, a placement or a particular career outcome.
