About the Role
Talent & Co. is recruiting a Site Supervisor / Construction Project Coordinator on behalf of an established real estate development and investment company active across residential and hospitality projects in the Cyclades.
Based in Paros with travel to Antiparos as required, this hands-on role combines regular site presence with office-based coordination. You will monitor construction progress, coordinate contractors and suppliers, track budgets and timelines, review technical drawings and support the effective delivery of the projects.
As a Site Supervisor / Construction Project Coordinator you will:
- Monitor daily construction progress and maintain regular on-site presence
- Coordinate contractors, construction crews, suppliers and other external partners
- Track project budgets, timelines, milestones and key deliverables
- Identify and communicate delays, technical issues and project risks promptly
- Review, interpret and update architectural and technical drawings in AutoCAD
- Support technical and administrative project work from the company’s office
- Provide regular progress updates and help ensure quality and compliance with project plans
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Degree or relevant background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Works or a related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in construction, site supervision, technical project coordination or a similar role
- Previous project management or construction project coordination experience
- Ability to read, understand and update architectural and technical drawings in AutoCAD
- Experience monitoring project budgets and timelines
- Ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Practical, autonomous approach in a hands-on environment
- Flexibility with changing construction project demands
- Valid driving licence and confidence driving
- Willingness to live and work in Paros and travel to Antiparos as required

- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Monthly net compensation of up to €1,800, depending on experience, qualifications and type of engagement
