Employee Engagement Surveys, Retention & Employee Experience
Listening systematically, and doing something useful with what you hear.
Last updated:
Employee engagement is not measured by how many initiatives a company introduces.
It is reflected in how employees experience leadership, communication, recognition, development, workload, trust and the organisation itself.
Talent & Co. helps companies listen systematically, understand what the feedback is really saying and translate it into practical priorities.
What we can support:
The approach
The objective is not simply to run a survey.
The value of an employee survey lies in what happens after the responses are collected.
That means prioritising the few themes that matter most rather than reacting to every data point, helping managers interpret results honestly, and agreeing actions the organisation can genuinely deliver.
It also means following up: communicating what will change, what will not change and why, and revisiting progress. Overpromising after a survey does more damage to trust than not running one at all.
How we work
Work is led directly by Peggy Theodorou, Founder & Principal Consultant, with 30+ years of overall business experience, including 20+ years across People, HR, recruitment and leadership roles.
Surveys are designed around the questions your leadership team actually needs answered, and results are presented in a form managers can act on — not a dashboard nobody revisits.
Where retention is the concern, feedback is read alongside what is happening in hiring, onboarding and management practice, so the picture is complete.
